A native Floridian, Carlton Dean received his bachelor's degree in business from Florida State University, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management. He is active in his church -- Faith Presbyterian -- and volunteers his time on behalf of the Sigma Chi fraternity alumni association.
