Chris Marino, joined SouthLand Commercial as Managing Director with the responsibilities of overseeing the firm's future growth and its efficient and effective use of technology. He holds a degree in real estate from Florida State University and began his career with Boutin Brown Realty Advisor's Inc., with a professional emphasis on commercial real estate valuation. Valuation assignments have included Tallahassee CBD and suburban office buildings, retail strip centers, warehouse distribution centers, subdivisions and agricultural parcels. He went on to further his real estate career with the St. Joe Company.
At St. Joe, Marino was involved with the valuation and analysis of community development and the strategic planning of undeveloped coastal, urban and suburban properties. He has worked in the area of properties held by the City of Tallahassee and acquisitions by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the North Florida Water Management District. Chris will play a key role in assisting SouthLand clients in the valuation of property they have an interest in buying or selling.
