Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Blanar worked with the DeBartolo Corporation in regional mall management. Blanar also acquired the State of Florida contractor certification and specialized in office, retail and medical projects, and served as a primary contractor for the bank special assets division in the Tampa Bay area. His experience and high degree of professionalism position Blanar to successfully achieve his clients’ objectives.
