Brian Proctor serves as an Advisor for Sperry Van Ness^® | SouthLand Commercial specializing in site selection, multi-family developments, sales and leasing of office buildings and warehouses, and large land tracts in the North Florida and South Georgia market area. With over 25 years of real estate experience, Proctor has secured numerous transactions valued at more than $75,000,000.00.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Proctor served as an owner/broker of a top ranked Century 21 office in Tallahassee, Florida. During his 25 year tenure at Century 21, Proctor also served as manager/owner as well as sales associate. A lifelong resident of Tallahassee, Proctor has a depth of relationships and knowledge of the North Florida and South Georgia markets that has made him a market leader in sales over his career.

Proctor earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from The Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. Proctor serves on the board of the Apalachee Land Conservation and is active in the Young Life Organization of Tallahassee.

Proctor is an avid outdoorsman, fisherman, hunter, and wildlife photographer. He is married to Ginger Proctor and has 3 children.
