Carlton has over 15 years of commercial brokerage and development experience. Carlton’s real estate practice centers around investment property sales with a specific focus on Single Tenant Retail properties and Student Multifamily Housing properties in the Southeast United States.

A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Carlton is considered to be a recognized expert in commercial real estate brokerage, site selection, development, leasing, valuation, and investment analysis. He is among the elite 6% of commercial real estate practitioners in the U.S. to hold this designation, which requires completion of graduate-level curriculum and attainment of a specific degree of professional experience.

He is a graduate of Leadership Tallahassee, serves on the Board of Directors for the Tallahassee Builders Association, and is an active member of the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, Florida CCIM Chapter, and the Florida Association of Realtors.

A native Floridian, Carlton resides in Tallahassee with his wife, April and their 3 year old son, Baker. He received his bachelor’s degree in business from Florida State University, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management. He is active in his church, Faith Presbyterian, and volunteers through the Sigma Chi Fraternity alumni association.
