Ted Bollmann is a commercial real estate advisor for Sperry Van Ness | SouthLand Commercial specializing in sales and leasing of office and retail properties in Tallahassee, Florida. Ted has experience with most other commercial property types including industrial, hotel, multifamily and land. With more than 12 years of commercial real estate experience, he has closed more than 100 real estate transactions valued at more than $50 million.
Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness | SouthLand Commercial, Bollmann served as associate director for national brokerage firm GVA Advantis where he was primarily focused on Landlord leasing multi-tenant office buildings and shopping centers in Tallahassee. Previously, he worked as senior commercial appraiser with Boutin Brown Butler Appraisal where he valued more than 300 commercial properties in North Florida and South Georgia.
A resident of Tallahassee, Bollmann is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a state certified general real estate appraiser. He graduated from Florida State University with degrees in Real Estate, Finance and Multinational Business. In addition to brokerage work, Ted enjoys soccer, tennis, golf, fishing and cooking.
